Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. We would also highly appreciate any feedback that can improve our service.

How does per employee pricing work?

CanIPhish limit the unique email addresses that can be emailed, based on the number of employees specified in your subscription. These email addresses are refreshed monthly.

Do monthly subscriptions have any commitments?

Monthly subscriptions have no commitments. You simply pay for a subscription on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time and it will take effect at the end of the billing month.

Can I upgrade and downgrade subscriptions?

You have full control over your subscription. If you change subscriptions then the change will occur immediately with the invoice being prorated based on your old and new plans.

What do I get with an Enterprise subscription?

The Enterprise subscription provides everything included in the Professional subscription, but also includes Single Sign-On, Platform White-Labelling, Dark Web Monitoring, and Premium Customer Support.

What payment methods and currencies are accepted?

We accept payment by every major credit card or international money transfer. We accept payment in a variety of currencies including USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, EUR, and GBP.
