Every plan on one ladder

Each provider names its plans differently, so every plan is mapped to one of five standard tiers. Not every provider has a plan at every tier: a dash means that tier isn't available.

  1. Free

    Free plan or trial

Whether a provider offers a free forever plan or a free trial, and what it covers.

  2. Tier 1

    Starter

Entry-level paid plans with core features.

  3. Tier 2

    Standard

Mid-range plans that typically include phishing simulations, a full training library and reporting.

  4. Tier 3

    Professional

Adds the advanced features that larger organizations typically look for.

  5. Tier 4

    Enterprise

The highest tier, which can include a range of bespoke functionality.

  • Volume pricing

Most providers that publish prices charge less per user as your headcount grows. The table uses the price band for the number of employees you enter.

  • Contract term

Some published prices assume a multi-year contract. Each provider's row says which contract term its prices are based on.

  • Add-ons

Optional paid extras aren't included in the price. Where a plan has them, select + Add-ons to see what's on offer.

  • Quote-only providers

If a provider doesn't publish its pricing, the table says so rather than guessing. Ask them for a quote.

FAQ

Price comparison: your questions

How the comparison works, how to read it and what the prices include.

Back to the comparison

How does this tool work?

Enter your total number of employees and select two or more providers to compare. The tool automatically calculates per-user and monthly pricing from publicly available pricing pages, applying volume discounts at common breakpoints (e.g. 100, 500, 1,000 employees). Select any tier's column heading, or use Sort by on a smaller screen, to sort providers from cheapest to most expensive (or vice versa). Actual pricing may vary depending on contract length, bundled features and negotiated discounts. We recommend contacting each vendor directly for an accurate quote.

What's the difference between each tier?

Each provider names their plans differently, so we've mapped them into standardized tiers to make comparison easier. Free shows whether a provider offers a free forever plan or a free trial. Tier 1 (Starter) covers entry-level paid plans with core features. Tier 2 (Standard) represents mid-range plans that typically include phishing simulations, a full training library and reporting. Tier 3 (Professional) adds advanced features typically sought by larger organizations. Tier 4 (Enterprise) is the highest-tier offering and can include a range of bespoke functionality. Not every provider has a plan at every tier. A dash (—) means that tier isn't available from the provider.

What does it mean when add-ons are available?

When you see + Add-ons beneath a price, the provider offers optional paid extras on top of that plan. These could include features like incident response tools, AI-powered coaching, compliance modules, SCORM exports or managed services. Add-on pricing is not included in the displayed price. Select + Add-ons to see which add-ons are available for that tier, and contact the provider directly for add-on costs.

Why is some provider pricing not available?

Some providers don't publish pricing on their website and instead require you to request a custom quote. For these providers, the table shows "No public pricing" in place of prices. This doesn't mean they're more or less expensive, it simply means we can't display an accurate price. We recommend reaching out to those providers directly to get a tailored quote for your organization.

How much does security awareness training cost?

It depends on the provider, the plan and how many employees you have. Use the comparison above to see list prices for your headcount side by side, then read our security awareness training price guide for typical costs across vendor types, discounts by company size and real-world cost examples.
