Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. We would also highly appreciate any feedback that can improve our service.

Our plans are tiered. Depending on whether you're an end-user or offensive security professional, your needs and use-cases may be fulfilled by capabilities provided at differing tiers.

Depending on the situation, the capabilities listed may not fulfil your requirements (e.g. sending 100,000 emails monthly). If this is the case, please contact us.

Platform Users are individuals who can access your CanIPhish Account for the purpose of creating/modifying/viewing phishing campaigns or performing other administrative tasks such as user/subscription management.

It is the unique domain at which your targets reside. E.g. a target domain may be 'caniphish.com' which means you can send phishing material to addresses such as admin@caniphish.com

As part of our free domain tools, CanIPhish record statistics on every domain searched. We make this information freely available to all CanIPhish users for your own analysis.

No. You may add and remove target domains & platform users at your discretion. The maximum you may have at any one point in time are dictated by your subscription tier.

Yes. You have full control over your subscription. Should you change subscriptions then the change will occur immediately with the invoice being prorated based on your old and new plans.
